Emission testing
A great many substances emitted from vehicles, for example, can cause unpleasant odours and trigger allergies. As a result, there are numerous regulations to take into account when it comes to determining what levels of these substances it is permitted to emit. One example is formaldehyde – a base chemical used in many different manufacturing processes. Formaldehyde can trigger allergic reactions, so it is important to ensure its content remains within the limits laid down in the relevant regulations and requirements.
